LENT TOWN HALL RENTAL RATES AND RULES

*Afternoon events must be cleaned up immediately following the event or the cleanup deposit will be forfeited.

 

 

 

GENERAL RULES

 

1. A reservation fee of $100.00 is necessary to reserve the hall (NO REFUNDS OR DATE

    TRANSFERS)

2. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

3. All cleanup and damage deposits will be refunded if:

      A.  Cleanup must be started by 9:00 am and completed by 11:00 am the day following

           the event (unless other arrangements are made) or Lent Township will start the cleanup

           and charges will be made accordingly. Cleanup can be performed in the 1-hour time

           frame after the completion of an event.

      B. If you opt not to do your own cleanup following an event, you will automatically

           be charged $250.00.

      C.   Cleanup consists of both inside and outside of building (including the parking lot

            and road).

      D.   No out of the ordinary damage occurs to the building.

4. Cancellation of event: A letter of cancellation needs to be sent 30 days prior to the

   event date that is being cancelled. The $100.00 deposit will not be refunded. If a

   letter is not received, the lessee will be charged for the whole rental amount of the

   hall.

5. No all day competition athletic events allowed on premises (including Swanberg Park)

6.  There is a 4 hour limit for dance time.  This does not include dinner music

7.  All events must end at 12:01 AM.  The building should be emptied by 1:00 AM

8.  Setting up time for events can be started the day before the event at 9:00 am.

9.  Capacity of the building is 500.

 

A RENTAL AGREEMENT MUST BE SIGNED.
