A1 Plat CUP Amendment PHN 2020 Remote Meeting
Notice is hereby given that on May 13, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. the Lent Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing via Zoom to solicit public response to a request from an applicant (A1 Tire) regarding parcel 05.00100.04 for a proposed amendment to their Conditional Use Permit (CUP).
Proposed amendment requests include:
- Allow crushed concrete at customer parking area.
- Crushed concrete in lieu of concrete or pavement in outdoor storage area.
- Use a different colored wainscot to dress exterior of building in lieu of stone/brick at the administrative area.
Please submit your public comments by emailing clerk@lenttownship.com by May 9, 2020 or by joining the Zoom meeting on May 13, 2020 from your phone, computer or device.
The Planning Commission will make a recommendation regarding the proposed requests to the Town Board for their meeting to be held on May 19, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom.
Those persons having an interest in said meetings are encouraged to attend.
Both meetings will be held via Zoom.
