Golden Oaks Prelim Plat PHN 2019

Notice is hereby given that on November 13, 2019, 7:00 p.m. at the Lent Town Hall, 33155 Hemingway Ave, the Lent Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to solicit public response to a request from the property owners at parcels 05.00224.00 and 05.00226.00 regarding a proposed preliminary plat for a single-family subdivision and a proposed road. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation regarding the requests to the Town Board for their meeting to be held on November 19, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall.

Those persons having an interest in said meetings are encouraged to attend.
