NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, 7:00 p.m. via Zoom and at the Lent Town Hall at 33155 Hemingway Avenue, Stacy, MN 55079, the Lent Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to solicit public response to a request for a preliminary plat application at 6364 340th Street, Stacy, MN 55079 – PID: 05.00120.00. The applicant is requesting to split off the north portion from the total 9.68 acres into two 2.5 acre parcels, leaving 4.68 acres for the existing home and accessory buildings. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation regarding the proposed preliminary plat request to the Town Board for their meeting to be held on July 20, 2021, 7:00 p.m. via Zoom and at the Lent Town Hall.
The public is expected to join via Zoom or make meeting arrangements by emailing clerk@lenttownship.com or by calling 651-462-3009 one week prior to each meeting. Application materials are available for public viewing. Zoom meeting links for your computer or device are posted on lenttownship.com.
