Hall rental is free of charge provided any proceeds from an event
must go to a local nonprofit organization such as, Girl Scouts, Boy
Scouts, Stacy Lions, Stacy-Lent Fire Department, any Stacy-area church,
and American Legion and Auxiliary. However, a custodian is required
by the township for any event which will be paid for by the party
hosting the event. |

This is the minimum charge for a custodian for a six hour event.
Extra time will be charged at a rate of $15.00 per hour. Extra time
will be deducted from your damage deposit. |
| Damage & Cleanup Deposit |
$250.00 |
This deposit will be refunded if not needed. If you do not perform
cleanup, a minimum of $150.00 will be deducted. A Lent Township Official
will determine the amount. If in the opinion of a Lent Township Official,
the cleanup of the hall after an evening event will not be completed
by 11:00 AM the following morning, Lent Township has the right to
start the cleanup and deduct the cost from the damage deposit. |
