NONPUBLIC EVENT (all day or evening event)

PUBLIC EVENT (where admission of any sort is charged). This includes fundraisers, dances, etc.

OPEN HOUSES, BIRTHDAYS, GRADUATIONS, ANNIVERSARIES, ETC.
(Friday through Sunday, out by 6:00 PM)

For an event that goes past 6:00 PM - see other rates

Afternoon events must be cleaned up immediately following the event or the cleanup deposit will be forfeited.

GENERAL RULES

1. A deposit of $100.00 is necessary to make a reservation (NO REFUNDS OR DATE TRANSFERS)
2. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
3. All cleanup and damage deposits will be refunded if:
A. Cleanup is STARTED AND COMPLETED by 11:00 AM on Saturday or Sunday or as it applies to the date of the event - otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
B. The minimum amount of Cleanup Deposit forfeited will be $150.00
C. Cleanup consists of both inside and outside of building (including the parking lot and road)
D. No out of the ordinary damage occurs to the building
4. No all day competition athletic events allowed on premises (including Lent Park)
5. There is a 4 hour limit for dance time. This does not include dinner music
6. All events must end at 12:01 AM. The building should be emptied by 1:00 AM
7. Setting up time for events - on the day prior from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (if available)
8. Capacity of the building is 500. A LEASE AGREEMENT MUST BE SIGNED
