A1 Plat CUP Amendment PHN 2020
Notice is hereby given that on May 13, 2020, 7:00 p.m. at the Lent Town Hall, 33155 Hemingway Ave, Stacy, MN 55079 (tentative to an extension of the Governor’s order), the Lent Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to solicit public response to a request from an applicant (A1 Tire) regarding parcel 05.00100.04 for a proposed amendment to their Conditional Use Permit (CUP).
Proposed amendment requests include:
- Allow crushed concrete at customer parking area.
- Crushed concrete in lieu of concrete or pavement in outdoor storage area.
- Use a different colored wainscot to dress exterior of building in lieu of stone/brick at the administrative area.
The Planning Commission will make a recommendation regarding the proposed requests to the Town Board for their meeting to be held on May 19, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall.
