PHN Nillie Corn CUP 10/11/2017
Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 33155 Hemingway Avenue, Stacy, MN 55079 the Lent Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to solicit public response to a request from USS Nillie Corn Solar LLC for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to construct, own, and operate a 1 MWac solar farm at 35342 Kost Trail, North Branch, Minnesota 55056.
The proposed 1 MWac solar farm would occupy 7.5 acres of the total 40 acres.
The Planning Commission will make a recommendation regarding the proposed request to the Town Board for their meeting to be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall.
Those persons having an interest in said meetings are encouraged to attend.
