Plat CUP PHN Letter to Residents 2019

Notice is hereby given that on October 9, 2019, 7:00 p.m. at the Lent Town Hall, 33155 Hemingway Ave, Stacy, MN 55079, the Lent Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to solicit public response to a request from an applicant regarding parcel 05.00100.00 for a proposed preliminary and final plat to subdivide into 3 commercial lots and one residential. The applicant has applied for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to relocate their business to lot 4 of the proposed plat. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation regarding the proposed requests to the Town Board for their meeting to be held on October 15, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall.
