Public hearing held – 8-11-2021 – Planning Commission will continue to discuss on September 8, 2021 at 7:00pm
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, 7:00 p.m. via Zoom and at the Lent Town Hall at 33155 Hemingway Avenue, Stacy, MN 55079, the Lent Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to solicit public response to a request for an Interim Use Permit (IUP) application for vehicle parking at 5563 Athens Trail, North Branch, MN 55056 – PID: 05.00102.01. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation regarding the proposed IUP vehicle parking request to the Town Board for their meeting to be held on August 17, 2021, 7:00 p.m. via Zoom and at the Lent Town Hall.
The public is expected to join via Zoom or make meeting arrangements by emailing clerk@lenttownship.com or by calling 651-462-3009 one week prior to each meeting. Application materials are available for public viewing. Zoom meeting links for your computer or device are posted on lenttownship.com.
Those persons having an interest in said meetings are encouraged to attend remotely.
