Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 7:00pm. via Zoom and in person at Lent Town Hall 33115 Hemingway Ave, Stacy MN, 55079, the Lent Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to solicit public response to a request from STF Properties for a variance request from the minimum lot width on a public street requirement Chapter 3, Section 4.03B at the property PIN: 05.00165.00. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation regarding the application request to the Town Board for their meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 7:00pm. Zoom meeting links are posted on lenttownship.com.
