Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 7:00pm via Zoom and in person at Lent Town Hall 33155 Hemingway Ave, Stacy MN, 55079, the Lent Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to solicit public response to an application from the property owner for a variance request from the minimum building setback from property lines requirement at the property PIN: 05.00582.23. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation regarding the application request to the Town Board for their meeting to be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 7:00pm.
